2. Services Description

PRO Hub provides the following services:

• UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore)
• PRO services and government liaison
• Visa processing and immigration services
• Trade license management and renewals
• Golden Visa application support
• Document attestation and translation

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all applications
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Respond to our queries and requests for information promptly
• Pay for services as per the agreed fee structure
• Inform us of any changes to your business or personal circumstances

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are quoted in AED and are subject to change. Government fees are charged separately at cost. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to pause services for overdue payments.

5. Processing Times

While we strive to process applications as quickly as possible, processing times are estimated and depend on government authority timelines. We cannot guarantee specific approval dates or outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

PRO Hub shall not be liable for any delays, rejections, or issues caused by government authorities, incomplete client documentation, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. We will only share information with relevant government authorities as required to process your applications.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and depend on the stage of service delivery. Government fees already paid are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
